We've been running around the office the whole day playing motivational games. Now in the townhall for the last leg of "thinking big" and why we need to change. But I still need one beer.

Part of an internal brand / culture revamp. Everyone's been asked to work outside and only come in to work at 2pm and party till 10pm.
