Two great meals worth a mention.
There's this little cafe in Lucky Garden named Capri. They are right next to the Magnum 4D shop, and they serve the best Yin-Yong noodles in Bangsar.
And then there's Mel's dad. He's an excellent cook. I sampled a prawn & asparagus dish which was simply out of this world. I also had the last prawn.

Capri Cafe serves canteen food - just like Victoria Station (if canteens actually served Western food).
