Is Tune Card stealing your money?
I just received an alert from scamboy via the comment thread on 10 things I dislike about Tune Card.
It seems that his Tune Card is now mysteriously short of RM1.
I am still awaiting feedback on whether this case is genuine, and similar to the one I faced before. If it is, then this is more than just a one in a million glitch.
If you do have a Tune Card, I would urge you to check your account balance immediately. You could be missing more than just RM1.

Today, I send an email to Tengku Zafrul and I got an immediate reply from him. It seems their Customer Service is busier than him!!!!
Tengku Zafrul asked someone named Dhashini to help me solve the problem. I received an email 2 hours back saying that my RM1.00 is being hold by Visa Singapore and will be released in 7 days. They found out that this has to do with Paypal. Damm, I did not know that Paypal was the caused behind these.
Here's an email from portal.helpdesk@tunemoney.com:
"Dear Sir,
We have just checked with our account and found out that your money
amounting RM1.00 is actually put on autohold by Visa INTF Singapore. It
will
be released within 7 working days.
Best regards,
Tune Money Customer Service."
I still don't know why the RM1.00 is being hold by Visa and why PayPal is behind it since I did not approve my Tune Card as part of my Paypal account. Sadly, my account statement did not show it....
I am glad that Tengku Zafrul looked into this quickly and gave me a fast reply.
The lesson: Always check your credit card statement!!!!
