Have Table, Will Rule
The best part about coming in early is that I get to choose my "goodies" for the day. Today I'm sitting at the auto adjusting table. Press a button and the table height will adjust to your liking. We've only got one of these in my work area. Yes, it's nice to feel special :)

Okay, it's COOL but stil...
OK, you've got a point. But I can also raise the table to a standing height. That helps if you've got a bad back.
(This is a losing battle - You Win. I just needed a quick win!)
Not entirely true for the really tall I think..
If your table is high and your chair doesn't match, you arch your shoulders up.
If your chair is high and your table doesn't match, your keyboard tray practically lies on your thighs.
As you can see, I've had these problems.
