Praveen, so how many products did you sell on Fri?
@tsulin: we did really good sales. 9 teams scattered around Kajang town, near the only mall, Metro Kajang. Distance between each group was about 50-100 metres (imagine corners of various shopping blocks). We surpassed expectations and sold more than 12k worth of products within 3 hours. Considering that these were non-sales guys, I think we did a decent job. Sweaty, tiring, but fun!
All departments within a large organisation should try their hand at sales, especially on-the-ground activities. It opens your eyes to flaws and the necessary improvements.
