Tong Yuen near Traders Hotel
Just had awesome "sweet dumplings" at this stall outside Traders Hotel in Penang. Small setup, 2 tables, wet chairs, light drizzle, "fa sang" in mine (peanut paste). Home made taste, although I can't really tell!

Prav : SOmehow I managed to miss this post of yours (only top-reading your top 3 posts) and then few hours later, I craved for some tong yuen! Then I saw this. Freaky coincidence. I love mine with fa-sang filling too!
That looks filthy.
