By the Penang Rotary Club. Insert a coin, and it spins around in the bowl for a few minutes before dropping into the donation box. People will part with their coins if they can get their money's worth!

Hahaha...we seemed to be more amused by this than the kids behind us.
This reminds me of a urinal. Keep the drunk guys away!
