MindValley had an all hands meet every Tuesday called the Awesomeness Report where everyone would send in the achievements no matter how small from the previous week and it gets presented to the team for appreciation. It's one of their standout activities as a company. I think it's more effective in smaller teams the a company as a whole. Just rediscovered your blog!
